In my last article I stated that Summerset had good historic growth, but as I’ve found, it’s important to back up my opinions otherwise ideas can turn into ‘facts’ which are then used to create other ‘facts’ and make expensive mistakes. So here’s some of my historic research amalgamated into the stats taken from the latest report¹.

Note: Year 2023 has been estimated by me. I arrived at the value of the 2023 full year by doubling the 2023 Q3 stats (to estimate Q3 + Q4) and adding the half year stats.
